The Article 10 guide to adding recorded narration your presentation
Article 10 are happy to give you a bit more presentation advice to make your life a bit easier!
It is not always possible for you and your presentation to be in the same place at once. In fact, with limitations on time and travel, many sales presentations and credentials are now being delivered to potential clients electronically. By including narration with your presentation slides you can add a personal touch to its delivery. Recording narration can also allow you to further explain points of your presentation that may need expanding upon, without which could leave the audience confused.
PowerPoint (2007) features a useful application which allows you to record narration for your slide show.
So this is how to use it;
• Click the Slide show tab.
• Click Record Narration icon.
• Here you get options for setting up microphone.
• If you want to start from current slide just select Current Slide, else it will be from starting.
• Save at the end and you will be asked if you want to save the timings for each slide.
If you want your narration to accompany high class PowerPoint slides, then let Article 10 take care of the design of your presentation.
