Article 10 have tried several options of IT support since starting out as they explain to Accountancy Age and IT Week. Options include a home ground approach, employing contracters and signing with a local supplier, Virtual IT. Lyndon Nicholson, co-founder of Article 10, points out the timing issues and budgeting difficultes they came across and admits their main mistake was initially looking at the bottom line rather than the benefits.
