Dale Smith and Lyndon Nicholson, co founders of Article 10 - the UK's leading presentation design agency - have both been hailed 'Young Guns' by Growing Business Magazine. They both talk to their home town local newspapers about their thoughts on winning such an award.

So what are the judges of the Young Guns award looking for? The Growing Business website reveals an article explaining the specific criteria. Having solid financial figures, consisting of eye catching and impressive growth in turnover and profit is highly important, esspecially having figures which are consistent and sustained. This is because it shows a better indicator of a business' foothold in the market and changes of future success. It is also important judges buy into the business and they feel the service or product being offered is "outstanding".
As a result of Article 10 having gone from strength to strength after setting up four years ago, acheiving steady growth year on year and attaining a client list made up of BP, Barcleys and Unilever offering a combination of presentation design, video animation and word template solutions, Dale Smith and Lyndon Nicholson have both been awarded as Young Guns by Growing Business.
