This service extends our popular automated template toolbar to full Microsoft Office template automation that controls your day to day communication with customers and prospective customers.
First, we design a suite of bespoke branded templates for all your frequently used Microsoft Office documents. In Word, this can include letters, memos, proposals and invoices. In PowerPoint, this can cover slides such as titles, dividers, text, images, graphs and charts – with multiple configuration combinations as needed. In Excel, this can cover financial results and reports.
We then produce and install a user-friendly toolbar for each program that allows you to create new documents quickly and easily. A selector allows you to choose the document you wish to create, after which the templates steer content input to ensure information is neatly formatted. We can even configure the Microsoft Office template automation to prompt the user for certain key information, which can then automatically populate areas such as title pages, headers, footers and address panels. Furthermore, we ease the process of adding imagery to documents and give you simplified control of graphs and charts.
