How We Work
Despite having a range of set processes that can be successfully applied to varying project types, we often let the client dictate exactly how they'd like us to work. No two clients are the same and we understand that we need to be flexible and apply our skills into a project at different levels and at different times.
For clients that need more support and guidance, we often apply a simple 4 stage process to our projects: understand, define, develop, measure. This process allows us to get under the skin of the project objectives and requirements; to help refine the story, structure, flow and content; to create the media in a way that perfectly communicates the story; and to measure the success and make any amendments, changes and updates to constantly improve the end result.
