Clarksons
After working with Clarksons, the world’s leading provider of integrated shipping services for a couple of years, they asked us to create a range of boilerplate slides from their existing library of 60. Across the company, there was a lack of consistency; many presentations were being created by different users and they wanted a tool that was easy to use and could be disseminated en masse, as well as something that could be managed, accessed and updated from one central point.
Our solution was a bespoke PowerPoint toolbar with sophisticated functionality. This tool gave all users quick and simple access to their full suite of newly designed boilerplates via an automatic pop-up that was specifically developed to hold the entire set. Features included thumbnails of the slides, easy update buttons and single click functionality.
Due to the successful implementation and usage, we subsequently re-created the tool in PowerPoint 2007 when Clarksons upgraded.
