Accessibility
Article 10 has developed this website to meet accessibility guidelines as set by the government. We have strived to ensure we meet the "AAA" compliancy level as set by the W3C (Web Accessibility Initiative). This is an ongoing process, and we are continually working to make sure all new content and features meet these guidelines.
Accessible design
Many Internet sites are designed in a fashion which makes them difficult, or even impossible, to use by Internet users with disabilities. Article 10 has changed it's site so that it can take advantage of the technology that assists users with disabilities such as screen-readers and those users who have to use older browser technologies.
